Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Eggnog

21 oz. silken tofu
16 oz. vanilla soymilk or rice milk
4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbs. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
1 tsp rum flavoring
1 dash Nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Vegan Eggnog

Place all ingredients except nutmeg in a blender and blend gently until thoroughly mixed. Pour, then sprinkle on nutmeg, to taste.
