Vegan chocolate yumminess! I just make a half batch so I don't feel quite as guilty!

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World Chocolate Buttercream

1/2 c margarine
1/4 c vegetable shortening
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
2 1/2 c Powdered Sugar
3 T soymilk
1 1/2 t vanilla

Recipe Directions for Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World Chocolate Buttercream

Cream together margarine and shortening until combined. Add Cocoa Powder and incorporate well. Add the powdered cugar in 1/2 batches and beat well adding a little splash of soymilk after each addition. After all of the other ingreadients have been incorporated add the vanilla and beat until light and fluffy, about 3-7min depending on your beater.
