Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Cornbread

2 cups cornmeal
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
2 cups soymilk

Recipe Directions for Vegan Cornbread

  1. combine vingegar and soymilk.

  2. combine dry ingredients.

  3. mix wet with dry.

  4. pour into a preheated skillet and bake at 450 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
