Recipe Ingredients for Vegan cookies without the fat

2 cups Oats, old fashioned
1/4 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1 1/4 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Powder, Low-sodium
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup Sugars, Brown
1/4 cup SPLENDA Sugar Blend for Baking
1/2 cup Applesauce
1 tbsp Flaxseed
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried apricots
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup spelt flour

Recipe Directions for Vegan cookies without the fat

  1. combine dry ingredients.

  2. combine add-ins.

  3. mix together water, sugar, flax, applesauce, and vanilla.

  4. Add 1/2 the dry into the wet. Add the rest of the dry, then the add-ins.

  5. Drop by tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet.

  6. Bake at 350 for 14-16 minutes.

  7. 4 cookies per serving
