tastes like left over fried rice but without the naughty frying, and you could try less oil, too.

Recipe Ingredients for vegan cold asian rice salad with veggies

4 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
0.25 cup Oil, Peanut
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
3 serving Sweet 'N Low
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, chopped Peas, Edible-podded (sugar snap peas)
0.75 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 serving Rice Vinegar
2 medium stalks Celery
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
5 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 tbsp Parsley

Recipe Directions for vegan cold asian rice salad with veggies

  1. prep rice and cool down.

  2. prep oil dressing with spices and pour over rice, mix well.

  3. chop carrots, peas, then add corn...steam 1 minute, then cool.

  4. add remaining ingredients. mix well.

  5. chill. this serves 8 so yo can have more with it. also i think adding baked tofu chunks would be great.
