1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup pure maple syrup
1 1/2 cups soymilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
