Recipe Ingredients for vegan cinnamon vanilla pudding

1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for vegan cinnamon vanilla pudding

  1. mix cornstarch, sugar, cinnamon, and milk until no lumps

  2. add a pinch of salt if desired

  3. heat in sauce pan until bubbling while stirring constantly

  4. boil for 2 minutes while stirring constantly or until thick

  5. let cool and add vanilla

  6. spoon into two bowls and put in fridge for 2 hours or so until set
