Amazingly cinnamon-y, single serving, VEGAN cookie! :) (You can add more milk, if needed.)

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Cinnamon Cookie

5 tsp All Purpose Flour
1/16 tsp Baking Soda
1/16 tsp Salt, Table
2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
1 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 tsp Light Soymilk Vanilla

Recipe Directions for Vegan Cinnamon Cookie

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients, then add wet and mix with a fork.

  2. Don?t add water.

  3. Form into a big cookie and smush. (Or make two little cookies.)

  4. Cook for 7-8 minutes.
