Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Cinnamon Apple Pancakes

1 medium (3") Apples
1 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
8 fl. oz (So Delicious) Coconut Milk
1/2 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 1/2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
3/4 fl oz Water
1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Vegan Cinnamon Apple Pancakes

  1. Peel and cut thin slices of apple.

  2. Mix flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, coconut milk and 2 Tbsp oil.

  3. Seperately, whisk 1 1/2 Tbsp water, 1 1/2 Tbsp oil and 1 tsp baking powder together. Then add to other ingredients.

  4. Mix in apple slices.

  5. Ladle onto griddle, cook over medium heat.
