Recipe Ingredients for vegan chocolate pudding

0.75 package Silken
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
12 pieces Organic Dark 85%
4 tbsp Original Flavor Syrup
16 1/5 grams Peanut Butter

Recipe Directions for vegan chocolate pudding

  1. Melt chocolate bar with 1 Tbsp water.

  2. Blend banana, tofu, PB and chocolate syrup.

  3. Stir in melted chocolate.

  4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours prior to serving.

  5. PB and banana are optional.

  6. For a richer pudding, double the dark chocolate in place of the syrup.
