Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Chocolate Muffins

1 serving Morrisons Value Soya Milk
3 serving Sunflower Oil
27 level tsp Cane Sugar
3.5 grams Malt Vinegar
140 grams Flour
3.5 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
0.25 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Vegan Chocolate Muffins

  1. Mix vinegar and soya milk and leave to curdle

  2. Add sugar, oil and some vanilla extract to milk and vinegar and whisk until frothy

  3. Combine dry ingredients together and mix the wet ingredients in two batches

  4. Bake at 175 degrees Centigrade for 18-20 minutes
