Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Chocolate Chip Scones

2 cups whole wheat flour
5 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp margarine
1 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup almond milk
2 tbsp flax meal
8 grams egg substitute, powder

Recipe Directions for Vegan Chocolate Chip Scones

  1. mix dry ingredients with 3 tbsp of sugar

  2. cut in margarine

  3. stir in chocolate chips

  4. in separate bowl mix milk and egg replacer

  5. combine all ingredients

  6. put on flour surface and knead together

  7. roll into circle and cut into 12 piecies

  8. bake 400 for 20-25 minutes
