1.25 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
275 grams Light Brown Sugar
0.5 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
3 fl oz Vanilla
0.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.25 cup Applesauce
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet

Recipe Directions for Vegan chocolate chip cookies

  1. beat brown sugar, canola oil, almond milk, sugar, applesauce and vanilla until well blended.

  2. combine the flour, salt and baking soda; gradually add to sugar mixture and mix well.

  3. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts (optional).

  4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  5. drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets.

  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 mins or until the edges are browned.
