Chocolate chip cookies without eggs! (For allergies or vegans)

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan chocolate chip cookies

1 cup margarine
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbs canola oil
3 tbs water
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Vegan chocolate chip cookies

  1. Creame the margarine and sugars, and vanilla.

  2. Mix in a seperate cup 3 tsb water, oil, and the 1.5 tsp baking powder. This is the fake egg. Add this to the sugar-margarine mixture and mix well.

  3. Add in the rest of the ingrediants and mix.

  4. Make cookies about the size of 1 inch in diameter. 1 TBS makes a bigger cookie, 1 tsp size makes 70 cookies.

  5. Baking in a preheated oven at 375, for about 10 minutes.
