Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Chocolate Chip "cookie dough"

1 cup chick peas
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup raw peanut butter
1/4 cup Water
60 g Vanilla Almond Milk
3 tablespoons oats
1 1/4 cup pitted dates
1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Vegan Chocolate Chip "cookie dough"

  1. Put all ingredients except for the chocolate chips in blender

  2. Blend until very smooth

  3. Add chocolate chips and stir with spoon (don't blend).

  4. Eat by the spoonful or refrigerate and eat later!
