My sister's modified version of the Joy of Cooking recipe for chocolate-chip drop cookies.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Chocolate Chip Chia Seed Cookies

1/2 cup Vegan Buttery Sticks
1/2 cup wholesome brown sugar, light
1/2 cup organic sugar
1 1/2 tsp Ener-G Foods Egg Replacer
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/5 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
5 oz. Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp Original Raw Chia Seeds

Recipe Directions for Vegan Chocolate Chip Chia Seed Cookies

Melt the vegan butter in the microwave. Then, add in sugar with vegan butter and stir. Add the egg replacer (don't forget the 2 tbsp water) and vanilla. Stir in the baking powder and the chia seeds. Add the flour and mix until it forms a dough. Add the chocolate chips, then bake in the oven at 350 degrees Farenheit until the edges are barely brown.
