Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Chocolate Cake

3 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 cup Sugars, Granulated
6 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Salt, Table
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
3/4 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.53 oz Distilled White Vinegar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Vegan Chocolate Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mix dry ingredients, sift if possible

  3. Mix in wet ingredients until batter is even (no lumps!)

  4. Pour into lightly greased cake pan and bake for 55min

  5. Remove from oven and don't take out of pan until completely cool (it keeps acookin). Be sure to check with a fork for doneness.
