Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Chocolate Cake

1.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
1 tsp Baking Soda
6 tablespoon Baking Cocoa
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
4 oz Peanuts, All Types, Dry-roasted
120 grams 100% Pure Canola Oil
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.5 cup Orange Juice, Chilled, Includes From Concentrate
1 tsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
1 tbsp Vinegar, Cider

Recipe Directions for Vegan Chocolate Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Sift dry ingredients. Mix liquids (except vinegar) and whisk into dry. When batter is smooth, add vinegar and stir quickly until it is evenly distributed. put cake in oven immediately because of vinegar. Bake fo 25-30 minutes or until done.
