Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Choco-Coco Balls

100 grams Coconut Milk
100 grams Cream Of Rice
250 grams Coconut Shredded
2 bar Dark Chocolate 73% Super Dark
2 fl oz Rice Dream Original Enriched
50 grams Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

Recipe Directions for Vegan Choco-Coco Balls

  1. Melt xylitol in the coconut oil gently. Mix in coconut, coconut milk, and rice cooking cream. Let set in refrigerator for 1 hour.

  2. Form into balls, about the size of your palm. Set on parchment paper or in muffin papers on a pan. Set in freezer for 1 or more hours.

  3. Melt chocolate and rice milk in a double boiler. Sweeten if desired. Hold one ball on a fork carefully and drizzle with melted chocolate, then return to the paper carefully. Repeat for all balls. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
