Vegan chille sauce with vegetables - you can add soya mince or real mince if you wish

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Chilli

100 g Onion
100 g peppers
100 g carrots
100 g courgettes
1 garlic clove
25 g spinach
250 g chopped tomatoes
240 g kidney beans

Recipe Directions for Vegan Chilli

  1. soften onions and garlic

  2. add all vegetable

  3. add chopped tomatoes along with herbs and spices

  4. add soya mice

  5. add some water

  6. simmer for about 1 hour
