This is my go-to Chili recipe. Family favorite for years.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Chili

12 oz smart ground (original)
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
29 oz diced tomatoes
15 oz canned white beans
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Vegan Chili

  1. Brown onion in the olive oil.

  2. Add garlic and cook an additional 30 seconds.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
