10 cup Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
5 pepper Anaheim Chile
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 cup chili powder
5 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Vegan Chili Beans

Dice all veggies and saute until soft, add beans and spices and simmer for 1-2 hours.
