Recipe Ingredients for vegan chili - 1/2 size servings

1/2 cup onion
2 cloves garlic
2 sweet red peppers
19 ounces canned kidney beans
28 ounces tomatoes
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 cup frozen corn

Recipe Directions for vegan chili - 1/2 size servings

  1. saute onions and garlic

  2. add chopped peppers and cook

  3. drain canned beans and rinse

  4. add corn,beans and tomatoes to pot

  5. let simmer
