1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Onions
2 tbsp 37% Light Buttery Spread
2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Soymilk Light Plain
6 cup Vegetable Broth
2 tbsp Parsley, Dried

Recipe Directions for Vegan Chik'n & Dumplings

use flour, baking powder, 1tsp salt, and milk to make dough. roll out on a floured surface and cut into portions. cook onions, carrots, and celery in butter until slightly tender. add broth and bring to a boil. add dumplings and boil for 15-20 min.
