Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Cheesy Chicken and Quinoa

0.5 cup Quinoa
2 tbsp chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
0.5 tbsp Natural Butter Blend
1 cup Peas, Green
1 cup Organic Vegetable Stock
0.5 cup Shreds
4 oz Crispy Tenders
0.25 cup Parsley
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Vegan Cheesy Chicken and Quinoa

  1. Cook tenders according to package instructions.

  2. Melt "butter" in a small saucepan.

  3. Add onions and garlic and saute until onion is translucent.

  4. Add vegetable stick and bring to a boil.

  5. Add quinoa and green peas, return to a boil then reduce heat and simmer covered for about 10 minutes.

  6. Remove from heat and add black pepper and the shreds, stirring until the shreds have melted.

  7. Add tenders (which should be chopped into bite sized pieces) and stir to combine.

  8. Garnish with chopped parsley
