All round vegan, low calorie, low fat, non-dairy cheese sauce. Spice it up to your liking.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Cheese Sauce

16 oz Mori-nu, Tofu, Silken, Soft
1 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup salsa
4 oz green chilies, chopped

Recipe Directions for Vegan Cheese Sauce

Mix all except green chilies together in food processor till smooth. Mix in green chilies. Taste and spice it up to your taste with lemon juice, rice vinegar, chili powder, hot sauce, onion powder, smokey paprika. Cook in microwave 8 minutes. Stir and refrigerate. Use as dip or on vegetables, enchiladas or pasta... any place you want a low calorie, low fat cheese sauce.
