Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Cheese Sauce

2 c raw cashews
4 c water
1 tsp sea salt
8 oz silken tofu
1 Black pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Vegan Cheese Sauce

  1. 1. Soak cashews over night in water and salt.

  2. 2. Transfer cashews to a food processor saving the liquid.

  3. 3. Add silken tofu.

  4. 4. Process until smooth and creamy adding cashew water as needed.

  5. 5. Heat on low in a sauce pan.

  6. Sprinkle with black pepper and serve over pasta or vegetables.
