Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Cheese

1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp whole wheat flour
1/8 t salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup water
1/2 t water
1/4 t mustard
1/16 t turmeric
1 dash of cumin
1/4 t cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Vegan Cheese

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients and whisk.

  2. Put over medium heat in tiny saucepan and add olive oil and spices and cornstarch

  3. Cook until smooth thick and bubbly
