This is a recipe for Vegan Cheese. Low fat compared to real cheese, Rich in iodine Perfect for all cheese substitutes. Add Jalapeno or other flavorings as desired. Will keep for 5 to 10 days

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Cheese

1 cup International Harvest Organic Raw Cashews
2 serving Ager Ager Flakes
4 oz Nutritional Yeast
48 serving Organic Lemon Juice
3 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Natural Mesquite
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Vegan Cheese

Soak raw cashew in water for 4 hours or over night. Boil in water and add the Agar flakes and constantly stir the flakes till they are completely disolved. Drain the cashews and place in a blender. Add all the ingredients into the blender. Add the Ager flakes solution in to the blender. The solution is hot so make sure the cover is well in place and hold the cover down with a towel. Puree the mixture tilll you get a very smooth texture. Pour this mixture into a oiled glass dish and place in refrigerator over night. Enjoy
