Recipe Ingredients for vegan carrotcake cupcakes

1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups grated carrot
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup pineapple
1 cup apple sauce
1/4 c soy milk

Recipe Directions for vegan carrotcake cupcakes

  1. sift together dry ingredients

  2. mix together wet ingredients in a separate bowl

  3. pour wet into dry

  4. mix until incorporated, do not over mix

  5. bake for 18 minutes at 350

  6. makes 24 delicious no-cholesterol cupcakes that don't even need frosting, they are sooo good.
