So, they won't use my entered foods in recipes so I have to pick what's available with the closest counts. I will make this using Earth Balance Vegan Buttery Spread which is close to the margarine, but not exact. Adapted from kpsmove's recipe to make it more healthy by using whole wheat pasta to increase the protein and fiber and less margarine to decrease the fat and saturated fat.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Cabbage & Noodles

2 c cabbage
8 oz whole wheat macaroni
1/4 c margarine

Recipe Directions for Vegan Cabbage & Noodles

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions

  2. Melt magarine

  3. Add chopped cabbage

  4. Simmer until cabbage is wilted to your desired degree

  5. Toss with pasta (your choice really)

  6. Salt & Pepper to taste
