Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Brownies

15.803 oz Flour
14 oz Organics Sugar
2 oz Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil
6 oz Light Canola Mayo, Eggless, Vegan
0.75 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
6 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for Vegan Brownies

  1. 2 cups plain flour

  2. 1 3/4 cup white sugar

  3. 1 tsp. baking powder

  4. 1 tsp. salt

  5. 3/4 cup cocoa powder

  6. 1 cup water

  7. 1/4 cup olive oil

  8. 3/4 cup vegan mayo

  9. 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

  10. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Stir until blended. Add chocolate chips. Cook at 325 for 25 - 30 minutes in greased 9x13 pan.
