A vegan breakfast burrito with spinach

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Breakfast Burrito

225 grams Organic Tofu, Firm
1 onion Yellow Onion
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 cup Spinach
1 serving Salsa
0.13 cup Tomato
1 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
0.13 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
0.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tortilla Tomato

Recipe Directions for Vegan Breakfast Burrito

  1. Steam spinach w a bit of salt

  2. Sautee onions

  3. Crumble the tofu

  4. Mix tofu and tamari soy sauce, tomato sauce, nutritional yeast, sesame oil; add spices/ herbs (turmeric, paprika, basil, pepper etc.)

  5. Sautee tofu mixture

  6. Assemble burrito: tofu, spinach and salsa wrapped in the tortilla.
