Recipe Ingredients for Vegan breakfast bars

0.13 cup, pitted, chopped Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
2 tbsp, ground Flaxseed
0.38 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
0.13 cup, hulled Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted
0.13 cup, pitted Prunes, Dried, Uncooked
1/2 tbsp Chia Seed
2 tbsp Tibetan Goji Berries
0.13 cup, whole Almonds
1/2 scoop Whey Protein Powder
3 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2 tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds

Recipe Directions for Vegan breakfast bars

  1. In a food processor combine dates, prunes, almonds, sunflower seeds, and 1/2 of oats.

  2. Mix in all other ingredients with honey (or agave) last.

  3. Press into a rectangular container and refrigerate overnight.

  4. Cut into 5 servings and enjoy.
