so tasty! any dried fruit can be substituted, and the apple sauce can also be replaced by a banana.

Recipe Ingredients for vegan breakfast bars

1 cup oats
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup cashews
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup apple sauce

Recipe Directions for vegan breakfast bars

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Spray a 9x13 (or a little smaller) pan with nonstick spray.

  3. Mix all ingredients, pat thinly on bottom of pan and bake for 30 minutes.

  4. WAIT TO COOL before removing or they will crumble.
