moist, Gluten-free, almost fat free, not too sweet

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Bananna Muffins

1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbs baking powder
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup mashed banana

Recipe Directions for Vegan Bananna Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. grease 12 cup muffin tin or paper-line 12 muffin cups

  3. mix toghether mashed banannas and applesauce

  4. add in reamining ingredients

  5. spoon even amounts of batter into cups

  6. bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out of the center almost clean
