Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Banana Recipe

2 cup Gold Medal Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 oz 100% Pure Canola Oil
1/2 cup Organics Applesauce Unsweetened
2 oz Pure Cane Sugar
2 oz Agave Nectar
2 fl oz Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Vegan Banana Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside

  2. In another bowl, mix together the oils sugars and salt. Stir in the soy milk, syrup and vanilla. Add the bananas to the mixture and mix well.

  3. Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a tooth pick poked into the middle comes out clean.
