Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Banana Cookies

1 1/2 bananas, ripe
1 cup rolled oats
1/6 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Vegan Banana Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in oats, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix well, and allow to sit for 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly.

  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly brown.
