Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

2 cups spelt flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
4 medium bananas
1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
1/4 cups water
1 tablespoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

  1. Mix flour, baking soda and salt.

  2. Mash very old bananas and then add in oil and mix well.

  3. Add in chocolate chips, water and vanilla and mix well.

  4. Add in dry ingredients and distribute in to muffin tin (12).

  5. Bake at 350 for about 30 min.
