Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Banana chocolate Chip Muffins

2 cups spelt flour (or any other flour)
3 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 medium bananas, mashed
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (vegan)

Recipe Directions for Vegan Banana chocolate Chip Muffins

  1. Mix sugar and oil. Add in mashed bananas. Then add in water and vanilla extract and mix. Add in the chocolate chips and mix.

  2. Add in spelt flour, baking soda and salt. Mix everything together. Spray a 12 muffin tray.

  3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
