Makes 18 servings



Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13x9 inch pan well with shortening. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, whisk together the pureed banana, oil, and sugar. Add the flour mixture, mixing just until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Spread the batter in the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Remove to a rack and cool. Cut into bars and serve.

2 cup Flour, All Purpose
2 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
2 tsp Baking Powder
0.13 tsp Sea Salt
2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Bananas
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
24 tsp Light Brown Sugar
1 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet

Original recipe calls for another 1/2 cup sugar but I forgot to add that and they turned out fine.
