Very vegan banana bread - just the basics. You can add more fibre or chocolate chips if you'd like -- but that's more calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Banana bread

3 bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup canola oil
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup flaxseed
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Vegan Banana bread

  1. mix bananas, vanilla and oil together.

  2. add sugar

  3. mix flour, flaxseed, baking powder, soda and salt together.

  4. add to banana mixture.

  5. bake for 55 minutes at 325F
