Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Banana Bread

2 cups brown rice flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cups margarine
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
3 bananas
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cups walnuts

Recipe Directions for Vegan Banana Bread

  1. In a medium bowl mix the first three ingredients together.

  2. In a stand mixer, cream margarine and 1 cup xylitol together. Add ground flax seeds and 6 Tbsp water.

  3. Add bananas.

  4. Add lemon juice and vanilla.

  5. Pour liquid mixture into dry mixture and combine until just mixed.

  6. Add walnuts.

  7. Place into a sprayed loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
