Recipe Ingredients for vegan banana bread

1 cup of flour
1/2 cup ground almonds
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of soy margarine
3 bananas
1/2 cup of chopped pecans

Recipe Directions for vegan banana bread

  1. preheat oven to 350. grease a loaf pan with soy margerine.

  2. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients, including sugar. Add soy milk, margerine and bananas, mix until blended. Mixture will be chunky. Pour into prepared loaf pan, and add 1/2 cup chopped pecans to the top of loaf and gently press in.

  3. Bake for 1 hour, checking every 10-15 minutes until knife comes out relatively clean. Banana bread will be really moist and usually after it cools down it's sliceable and toastable.
