Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Apricot and Sunflower Seed Flapjack

100 g soya margarine
200 g golden syrup
250 g porridge oats
75 g dried apricots
25 g sunflower seeds

Recipe Directions for Vegan Apricot and Sunflower Seed Flapjack

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees centigrade

  2. Melt margarine with golden syrup over a low heat in a saucepan

  3. Add in the oats, apricots and sunflower seeds

  4. Stir really well

  5. Put in baking tray, spread about evenly

  6. Put in oven for 20 minutes
