This is best served cold. I put my berries in frozen. Makes 2 serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Vega Smoothie Infusion

0.25 cup, unthawed Blueberries
0.5 cup, unthawed Raspberries
1 medium banana Bananas
113 1/2 grams Fat Free Plain
1 serving vega smoothie infusion
0.5 fl oz Orange Juice Calcium Vitamin D
0.5 container Light Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Vega Smoothie Infusion

  1. I used 1/2 cup OJ

  2. 1/2 cup frozen Raspberries

  3. 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

  4. 1 med banana

  5. 1 tablespoon summer berry (epicure)

  6. 1/4 cup source vanilla yogurt

  7. 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  8. 1 potion of the Vega smoothie blend
