Recipe Ingredients for veg uttappam

0.5 cup Uttappam (Pan Cake)
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 small(70 g) Onions
0.2 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled
1.5 oz Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 oz Kissan Chilli Tomato Ketchup
2 tbsp Soy Oil
0.5 oz Peppers

Recipe Directions for veg uttappam

  1. prepare batter with 1/2 cup mtr uttappam mix and 3/4 cup water

  2. rest for 10 minutes

  3. heat a non stick frying pan and

  4. pour a ladle full of batter

  5. cook for 2 minutes

  6. drizzle with 1/2 tbsp oil

  7. flip and cook the other side for 1 min

  8. drizzle with 1/2 tbsp oil

  9. flip again and spread onions,tomatoes,cucumbers,chillies - all finely chopped on top

  10. spread boiled sweet corn

  11. flip over carefully and cook for a minute

  12. sprinkle some finely shredded cheese (optional)

  13. serve hot with topping side up with ketchup
