Recipe Ingredients for veg soup

150 g onions
300 g carrots
700 g potatoes
400 g tomatoes
200 g spaghetti
2 tbsp tomato puree
200 g celery
400 g courgettes
150 g red peppers

Recipe Directions for veg soup

  1. put everything except beans and spaghetti in the pan

  2. cook for approx 15 mins

  3. add spaghetti and beans

  4. cook for further 10 mins or until all veggies soft and pasta cooked
