Recipe Ingredients for Veg Soup

10 stalks celery
2 bell peppers
10 spring onions
16 oz Kale
1 stock cube
28 ozs canned tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Veg Soup

  1. chop all vegetabes

  2. plave in large saucepan

  3. Add water to three quater level of chopped veg.

  4. Bring to boil, then simmer for 5 mins

  5. Add tinned tomatoes, and cook for further 5 mins.
