chicken and shrimp stock with tons of veg

Recipe Ingredients for veg soup

2 cups butternut squash
2 medium onions
3 tbsp olive oil
5 cloves garlic
1/3 head of cabbage
28 oz diced tomatoes
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
12 cups chicken broth

Recipe Directions for veg soup

  1. cook onions in olive oil 'til brown

  2. cook rest of chopped veg for a few minutes

  3. add 12 cups stock/water

  4. bring to a boil

  5. lower heat and simmer for 2 hours
